With a Master’s degree in Music Education and Piano from the Royal Conservatory of Liège, Julie embodies excellence and passion in the music world.
Since September 2015, she has taught Music Theory at the Waremme Academy ASBL, inspiring and guiding students with dedication. Her involvement in esteemed institutions such as the Royal Conservatory of Liège and Henallux College in Malonne as an Assistant in Music Theory and Professor of Music Education attests to her experience and passion. From 2006 to 2022, she shared her expertise by teaching piano, music theory, and vocal training at various academies and ASBLs in Verviers, Huy, Pepinster, Perwez, Malonne, and Liège.
In addition to her educational role, Julie excels in songwriting, composition, arrangement, and orchestration, as well as in managing music projects. She also performs on prominent Belgian stages as a keyboardist and vocalist in productions like Disco Party Show, Return to the 90s, Katycats, and TGIF. Her involvement in these projects highlights not only her piano skills but also her artistic versatility.

JULIE CARPINO
As a singer, guitarist, and pianist, Julie was practically born with a microphone in her hand. She stepped into the Belgian music scene in 2014, participating in the third season of The Voice Belgique. Her powerful voice took her all the way to the finals alongside Loïc Nottet.
Her first single, Breaking Away from You, felt like an undeniable breakthrough. Its radio play and warm reception from the audience sparked a profound revelation within her, leading her to release her debut EP, My World, just a few months later.
Over the years, her presence has become notable on a variety of stages. She has sung for bands like Disco Party Show, Return to the 90s, and Katycats Band, performing widely across France and Belgium.
In 2020, a new and fulfilling project emerged for her: June’s Story. Embracing a style inspired by American folk sounds, Julie and her band recorded their EP in Nashville. Today, their singles are featured on major Belgian radio stations.
